Savannah – Chair Audrey Stewart and members of the Glynn County Democratic party attended Assistant House Democratic Leader Congressman James Clyburn (D-SC) Grand Opening of the new Democratic Party of Georgia office in Savannah on Saturday. This office will provide a strategic location for Georgia Democrats to organize, canvass and register new voters throughout southern and eastern Georgia, and gave an opportunity to welcome the third-ranking Democrat in the US Congress, Rep. James Clyburn. Others in attendance included: DPG Chairman Mike Berlon, State Senator Lester Jackson, State House Representatives Mickey Stephens and Al Williams, and many more esteemed guests.
